2. What data we process
- Data you provide through our "Discuss a project" / contact form: your name, phone number, email address and the contents of your message.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited (web-server logs and aggregated, cookieless analytics).
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and to take steps to provide our services — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries).
- To keep the website secure and to improve it using aggregated, anonymous statistics — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients and processors
We host this website on a server located in the European Union. When you submit the contact form, the details are delivered to us as a notification through the Telegram messaging service; by submitting the form you agree to this transmission. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. For statistics we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that measures visits without cookies and without identifying individual users. For this reason no cookie-consent banner is required.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete it. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period for security and statistical purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, as well as to withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at olaris.info@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
